PopCap Games, Inc. is an American video game developer and publisher. The organization was founded in 2000 by John Vechey, Brian Fiete and Jason Kapalka.
In 2011, Electronic Arts paid US$650 million for a 100% acquisition of PopCap, a record for a video game developer. As a result, PopCap is now a subsidiary of Electronic Arts.
